In simple terms, psychosynthesis is psychology with a soul.
Psychosynthesis is a comprehensive psychological and educational approach to the development of the whole person. It encompasses human, spirit, physical, emotional, and mental experiences. It draws from many traditions to offer tools for self-awareness, personal transformation, and professional effectiveness.
The theory of psychosynthesis supports the capacity within each of us to manifest our potential. Psychosynthesis represents the conscious attempt to cooperate with the natural process of personal development.

A Psychosynthesis Coach works with the principles of psychosynthesis, a transpersonal psychology. Psychosynthesis coaching can be facilitated in groups or individually.
In psychosynthesis coaching, the coach and client are a team devoted to supporting the client’s movement towards purpose, meaning, and values. This could be in large or small ways, such as daily life issues. It also can be in personal and transpersonal arenas, or for executive or business needs.

Huna is a powerful healing modality from Ancient Hawaiian practices. It transforms and clears dense energy stored in our bodies and minds that may be causing pain and dis-ease.
Huna means "secret" in Hawaiian. It’s also a mindset and lifestyle based on the 7 Huna Principles. In its purest form, Huna is ancient knowledge enabling a person to connect to their highest wisdom and heal through the power of the mind. Through this work, we navigate to a place of remembering who we are before conditioning and beliefs set in. We are whole, healthy, perfect and deeply interconnected with all life, with the ability to create magic on earth.
-
There are no limits to the benefits of Huna's healing effects. It’s common to experience emotional benefits such as an increased sense of gratitude, reduced fear and anxiety, improved self-esteem and self-acceptance, and a natural state of happiness and purpose. Even spiritual benefits like a clearer aura, stronger intuition, and a deeper connection with your Higher Self are to be expected after your session.
Huna can also calm the nervous system, restore sleep patterns, and increase your energy, libido, strength, and vitality. These are just a few of the many physical benefits. But most importantly, overall you will FEEL better!
Whether your problem is emotional, mental or physical, the lower energies at the root reside within the same realm of the exact energetic nature — regardless of what form they take in the physical. All illnesses or issues are a call for healing.

Thought Field Therapy™ (TFT) is an energy-based form of psychotherapy and a fringe psychological treatment developed by American psychologist Roger Callahan. TFT is based on the premise that bodies consist of energy fields, and that imbalances in this system cause physical and emotional issues. It is designed to manipulate energy flow in the body and reduce symptoms of psychological distress.
Its proponents say it can heal various mental and physical ailments through specialized "tapping" with the fingers at meridian points on the upper body and hands.

SuccessFinder is a talent development assessment that uses behavioural data to accurately predict personal development and leadership performance. Overall, it is a tool that allows you to deeply know yourself. And according to a 5000-participant study, only 10% to 15% of people actually do.
For 40 years, SuccessFinder's I/O psychologists have developed this psychometric assessment to raise self-awareness and increase success at work and in life. The result is an in-depth and detailed insight into participants' key competencies and development areas, illustrating a deep understanding of who they are and what drives them.
The SuccessFinder Assessment analyzes 85 behavioural traits to identify your personality, highlight strengths and points of development, and lead to a framework of 26 behavioural competencies. This complete behavioural profile gives you increased self-awareness and helps you to communicate your strengths authentically.
It also includes analytics on your skills, knowledge about specific subjects, cognitive abilities, career interests, and leadership preferences.

Rose considers any appointment that you have made with her important. Your appointment is for your exclusive use, and when it is cancelled with short notice or missed altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else, and the appointment time goes unfilled. Rose understands cancellations are necessary and appreciates a cancellation over a no-show.
The following cancellation / missed appointment policy:
A total 24 hours notice is required for cancelling appointments.
Clients are invited to log in to their account in the Jane online booking app and cancel or, if not possible, to contact Rose directly. Online cancellations can only be made with 24+ hours' notice.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be billed the cost of your service. (See below if you have a Coaching Package). This also applies to same-day bookings which are subsequently cancelled.
Monday appointments must be cancelled by noon on Friday, and appointments scheduled for the first day following a holiday must be cancelled by noon on the last business day before the holiday.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment ("no show") will be billed the total amount of booked service.
Clients receive email appointment reminders that are set up through their client profile in the Jane App booking system and sent out three days before their appointment time. Clients can also add SMS reminders 2 hours before their session. While clients can deactivate these reminders in their profile, clients understand that in doing so, they are solely responsible for remembering their appointments. Also, the Jane App rarely may be subject to technical problems whereby reminders are not sent out. These reminders are a courtesy only; clients are responsible for keeping or cancelling their appointments regardless of whether they receive a reminder. If you are still determining your next appointment, please log into your profile on the Jane App or contact Rose to confirm.
There is a range of valid reasons for cancelling an appointment. To be consistent with all clients, cancellation fees will only be waived in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, a death in the family or a natural disaster.
If you have purchased a prepaid Coaching package and cancel one of your prepaid sessions within less than 24 hours or miss the session, this session counts as having been used.
