I'm a creative, spiritual soul who has experienced the joys, the sorrows, and the power of transformation in my life. As a young adult in the corporate world, I found success but felt an emptiness that I couldn’t explain.

Then, the birth of my daughter and her severe diagnosis changed my life completely.

During the challenging times she was at SickKids, I glimpsed how I could help others find their inner light. It felt like raising those around me was what I was meant to do.

Through my spiritual journey, I stepped into a coaching career in 2012. As I studied Psychosynthesis, positive psychology, and other holistic tools, I created a unique approach to coaching others that reflects our beliefs and embodies our spirituality.

Along my journey, my experiences coaching youth revealed to me that most of our children's struggles are born of the pain felt by the Mother.

I, too, have felt overwhelmed witnessing my children's emotional pain, disconnected from my truth and discouraged in life, resulting in my depression.

My work now is to "Heal the Mother, Heal the Child." This healing helps us become a beacon of light and achieve a happier life for ourselves and future generations.

I help women like you perceive the joy in life — through healing the inner child, rewriting our narratives, loving ourselves unconditionally, and becoming aware of our responses to our children no matter their age.

My desire to help women and Mothers drives me forward each day: empowering women to love ourselves unconditionally, know our worth, and change our future lineage.
